What we raise

The animals behind the food.

This is what we work to offer our local community. Availability follows the animals, the seasons, and our processing schedule—so not everything is in the freezer at once.

From this farm. For this community.

Eat what is raised here.

We build each order from what is genuinely available—not from a warehouse wish list. You’ll always receive the full value; the exact mix changes with the animals, the pasture, and the season.

$25 Farmer’s Choice Sack

One dozen farm eggs, plus a farmer-selected mix of discounted cuts and surplus inventory from what we have plenty of that week.

  • 1 dozen farm eggs
  • Farmer’s choice of discounted cuts or surplus inventory
  • Preferences are always welcome

Tell us what your family likes. We’ll do our best, but the final sack follows what the farm has available.

Hyper-local pickup

Your food should not need a road trip.

We raise it in Jackson, South Carolina, for the people who live close enough to know this place. Reserve online, then come to the farm for pickup and payment.

Regeneration starts with attention

The land and animals tell us what they need.

We watch the soil, the grass, the weather, and the animals—because good husbandry is not a label. It is daily observation and constant adjustment. Our cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, poultry, and garden each have a job in a whole farm system built around movement, fertility, diversity, and care. We work with nature instead of trying to overpower it. Inventory changes because farming is seasonal. That’s not a flaw—it’s the point.

The Farm Ledger

Farm truth, without the pastoral fog.

We write about the animals, the land, food prices, and what it actually costs to raise something well. Farming is beautiful. It is also biology, risk, hard numbers, and work every single day.
